Reflection
The strategist's temptation is to believe the map is the territory, Coach — that enough analysis makes him sovereign over the outcome. Proverbs cuts the cord gently: do the work, study the ground, but do not lean your full weight on your own understanding. Competence and humility are not enemies. The best watchman knows both what he sees and the limits of what he can see.
